- Prices
- Plan prices are listed on the pricing section. The final amount is set out in a written quote after we discuss your requirements.
- Additional costs

- Major scope changes and revisions beyond the included rounds are quoted separately

- Bank transfer (please ask if you need another method)
- Payment timing
- By the due date stated on the quote or contract. Monthly plans are billed on the cycle stated in the quote.
- Service delivery
- Work begins once the contract is confirmed, following the schedule agreed in our kickoff meeting.
- Cancellation

- One-off projects can be cancelled before work begins. After work has started, fees for work completed up to that point will be charged.
- Monthly plans (Care, Growth, Partner) can be ended with two months' notice. The Care Plan has a 3-month minimum term.
- Returns
- Due to the nature of the services, returns and refunds after delivery are not accepted. Each plan includes up to 2 rounds of design/coding revisions.
